Open your Hausmoney™ app.
Tap + Add Existing Accounts at the bottom to access Plaid's onboarding screen. We have partnered with Plaid to facilitate linking external bank accounts with Hausmoney.
Tap Continue and proceed by selecting either Connect With Plaid or Enter Bank Information Manually.
Tip: If you can't find your bank in Plaid's list, manually enter your account information by going back and selecting Enter Bank Information Manually.
Follow the steps on the screen to successfully link your external bank account!
Tip: If you selected Instant and have multiple accounts within the bank you are linking, make sure to check off each account you would like to link.
To confirm, you should see the external account you just linked on the Welcome to HausMoney screen.
Important Note! Processing times for an external transfer can take 5 - 7 business days due to ACH processing timelines. Faster processing is not currently available given the limitations of the ACH system.
Why does ACH processing take so long? ACH processing occurs only on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Transactions initiated on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
