By clicking on the My Metrics tab, employees can see how much money they made in tips per day and per hour.
The Chart Legend shows both the metric being shown and an average over the period that was filtered in the top right corner.
This tab allows you to analyze your earnings via a bar graph based on several options.

If you'd like more details about your earnings for a specific day, click that day on the graph to be taken to the Breakdown for more information.
On the Breakdown for your selected date, you'll see line-by-line details of what you brought in and what you distributed based on any tip rules and any fees you were charged.
