Setting Basics

  1. Add your Admin users.

  2. Add your GM users who are store-specific and cannot edit or create rules.

  3. Set up your credit card tip fee. This is a way to offset credit card processing fees related to tips or service charges by having your employees pay the fees. This is an organizational setting that will apply to all locations in your TipHaus organization. Some states, like California, do not allow you to do this.

  4. Set up your Pay Period Interval, Pay Period Start Date, and auto-finalize period. These settings will control how and when your data locks and will affect the functionality of the current and last pay period filters throughout TipHaus.

  5. Decide whether you want Peer to Peer turned on. You must have your pay periods set up before enabling the Peer to Peer functionality.

  6. These settings are adjustable at any time.
