When a HausDirect payout fails, it is generally due to an issue with the linked card.
This could be an expired card, a card marked frozen/lost/stolen, an issue with your bank blocking the transaction, or an issue with the card details provided.
We recommend reaching out to your bank to make sure your card is active and enabled and to see if they blocked or flagged the transaction.
We recommend relinking or updating the card from my.tiphaus.com by clicking the pencil icon next to "Card on File Ending In" to make sure everything is connected correctly.
Once you have added the updated card info, please refresh the screen you see above. You should see the last four digits of your card number next to the pencil icon.
