Employee App: How to Reset or Change Your TipHaus Employee App Password

This guide provides two methods for changing or resetting your password for the TipHaus Employee App.

There are two ways to reset or change your password for the TipHaus Employee App. We have outlined these two options for you down below!


Option 1: Resetting from the Login Screen (If you forgot your password)

Use this method if you are logged out and cannot remember your password.

  1. Click the "Forgot Password" link located below the "Login" button.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your TipHaus account.

  3. Check your inbox for an email from alerts@tiphaus.com with the subject line "Reset Password Notification." Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.

  4. Open the email and click the "Reset Password" button.

  5. You will be directed to a new screen. Enter your desired new password.

  6. Confirm your choice by entering the new password a second time.

Once confirmed, your password will be updated successfully.


Option 2: Changing Your Password from Your Profile (If you are logged in)

Use this method if you are already logged into the app and want to change your current password.

  1. From the Employee App, navigate to the Profile tab.

  2. Tap the "Change Password" button.

  3. Enter your email address and tap "Send Password Reset Link."

  4. Check your inbox for an email from alerts@tiphaus.com with the subject line "Reset Password Notification." Remember to check your spam or junk folder.

  5. Open the email and click the "Reset Password" button.

  6. On the new screen, enter your new password.

  7. Re-enter the new password to confirm it.

Your password has now been successfully changed.
