Profile Information
In this section, your employees will find their name and email address, along with options to change their password and update their PIN for peer-to-peer transfers.
Changing Password For the Employee App
To change their password, your employees can follow a simple process within the app:
First, they need to log in and tap the 'My Profile' tab at the bottom of the screen.
From there, they will select the 'Change Password' option.
They will be prompted to enter their email address to receive a password reset link.
After opening the email, they can follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
How Employees Can Update Their PIN for Peer-to-Peer Transfers
Your employees can update their peer-to-peer (P2P) PIN by following these steps in their Employee App:
First, they need to log in and tap the 'My Profile' tab at the bottom of the screen.
From there, they will select the 'Update PIN' option.
They will be prompted to enter their current password and their new PIN, then tap the 'Update my PIN' button.
A confirmation pop-up will appear on their screen, notifying them that their PIN has been successfully updated.

If your employees ever need to find our contact information, they can use the "Contact Us" button within the Employee App settings page.
Click the 'Contact Us' button under Resources.
Tip Distributuion Settings
These are the tip rules for your organization, which determine how tips are distributed to employees based on their clock-in information.
Tip Pools describe how tips are split within a group of employees working the same job code.
Tip Sharing Rules describe how a percentage of tips is shared from one job code to another.
