The Transactions Tab lets you view individual transactions made through any QR code.
Filtering: Transactions are filterable by date.
Searching: Transactions are searchable by employee name.
Details: Any notes the customer leaves are associated with the corresponding transaction.
Employee Distribution Tracking: The amount of QR tips distributed to each employee is displayed in the QR Take-Home column of the breakdown page.
Consolidation: All gross QR tips are initially aggregated and recorded under the "dummy" employee QR Tip Jar on the breakdown page.
To customize tip distribution for a QR transaction, use the Custom Team Adjustment feature to override default tip sharing rules and pools.
Payouts Tab
The Payouts Tab allows users to view individual payouts transferred to your linked account(s).
Payout Frequency: By default, TipHaus transfers the collected QR tipping funds to your accounts every 7 days.
Adjusting Frequency: To change how often TipHaus sends you the funds, please contact our customer success team.
Fees:
Convenience Fee: TipHaus charges the default 7.1% fee of the total tip on each QR transaction. Which is charged to the final customer.
Processing Fee: Our payment Processing partner charges a percentage on each QR transaction, which is charged to the final customer
The processing fee equals 2.9% of the sum of the Total Tip, the Convenience Fee, and a fixed amount of $0.30.
Detailed Calculation: (Total Tip + Convenience Fee + $0.30) x 0.029.
