The QR Tipping Settings page allows you to fully customize the customer-facing QR tipping experience. This includes managing default tip amounts, feedback, post-tip messaging, and the page's visual branding.
Custom QR Tipping Page Branding Options
You can configure the following elements from the Settings page:
QR Code Management:
Enable/Disable: Toggle the availability of creating employee and job code QR codes.
Tip Value Defaults:
Edit Default Amounts: Modify the predefined tip values (tip amounts) presented to the customer.
Customer Feedback:
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable the option for customers to leave a message or feedback after completing a tip.
Post-Tip Messaging:
Customize Message: Edit the specific message displayed to customers immediately after a tip is successfully sent.
Page Appearance and Branding:
Logo Customization: Set a custom logo for the tipping page by clicking the Edit option next to Logo.
Color Customization: Change the colors of various elements on the QR tip page (e.g., background, headers, buttons).
Employee Profile and Customization
Employees can manage their personal QR tipping page through the TipHaus Employee App. To access these customization options, employees must:
Log in to the TipHaus Employee App at
my.tiphaus.com.Navigate to the Settings page (usually represented by an icon, or located at the bottom right).
Click on QR Profile. This will open the QR Tipping Profile Settings.
Employees can individually enable or disable the following elements:
Include Profile Photo: Makes their picture visible on the QR Tipping page.
Include Bio: Allows them to add a short bio to share more about themselves with customers.
Note: Employees cannot manage Job Code QR Codes, only their personal QR code.
Customer Tipping Landing Page
When a customer scans the employee's QR code, the landing page displays the customized information:
The Profile Picture is shown.
The employee's name is displayed.
The Bio message (e.g., "Thank you for helping the Jedi Council!") is visible.
The customer can then select or enter their desired tip amount.
