TipHaus Mobile Employee App: Key Metrics
TipHaus's Mobile Employee App allows employees to see the tip data that's most important to them.
In this article, we'll address three key questions that employees can answer using the employee app:
During which shifts did I make the most money?
How much money did I make in tips per day?
How much money did I make in tips per hour?
During Which Shifts Did I Make the Most Money?
The My Worked Shifts tab in the Employee App allows an employee to see which shifts they worked over a certain time period - and how much money they made.
By clicking the three vertical dots or the shift itself, an Employee can see the clock in and out time as well as the total hours for the shift.
By clicking the dollar amount for the day, an employee can see the breakdown of how a specific day's tips were distributed.
How Much Money Did I Make in Tips Per Day and Per Hour?
TipHaus calculates the "Take Home" in tips to be the amount an employee is owed after all calculations and distributions have been made.
By clicking on the My Metrics tab an employee can see how much money in tips they made per day and per hour.
The Chart Legend shows both the metric being shown as well as an average over the period of time that was filtered in the top right corner.
Knowing these Key Metrics gives great insight into the tips being made by an employee.
The Tip totals presented by the TipHaus mobile app may change based on refunds, clock-in/clock-out adjustments, and rule changes processed before the end of your pay period.
The application should serve as an approximation of what you'll see on your final paycheck.
