TipHaus Mobile Employee App: Profile and Settings
The My Profile section of the TipHaus Mobile Employee App allows users to do a few main things:
Employees can change their Name, Email, or Password to log in to the app.
Update their Pincode for the Peer-to-Peer functionality.

View your organization's established Tip-Distribution rules.
Tip Distribution Settings
You can think of the Tip Distribution settings as the "Digital Posterboard" for the tip rules applied to your organization. These rules are broken into Tip Pools and Tip Sharing Rules. These ultimately affect how the tips are distributed based on each employee's clock-in information.
Here is how Tip Pools and Tip Sharing Rules work:
Tip Pools describe how tips are split within a group of employees working the same job code.
Tip Sharing Rules describe how a percentage of tips are shared from one job code to another.
If you as an employee have any questions about these rules, please reach out to your management team to discuss them.
The Tip totals presented by the TipHaus mobile app may change based on refunds, clock-in/clock-out adjustments, and rule changes processed before the end of your pay period.
