Checking Your Employee's Status for the ETA™ Program

A guide to knowing which employees are Participating, in the Sign-Up Process, and which are Not Participating in the ETA™ Program.

When getting your team for the ETA Program, it is important to know where they are along the Sign-Up Process.

The first thing you will need to do is go onto your TipHaus Client Dashboard and open the ETA Page by clicking on the “Card” icon on the left side panel of your Home Page.

  • A. This is the “Card” icon you will click on to access the ETA Page.

  • B. This dropdown menu will allow you to see and choose a particular location. Otherwise, the ETA Page will display the data for all locations by default.

  • C. When you hover over the “Blue Circle” next to the “Status” heading, a color key will appear for what each color represents.

  • D. The color of each circle in the “Status” column to the left of the “Last Name” column will let you know what part of the ETA Sign-Up Process the employee is on. The color representations are as follows:

    🟢 Participating | 🟠 In Sign-Up Process | 🔴Not Participating

  • E. Here, you can use the “Search” boxes to locate/isolate an employee/location.


Understanding Employee ETA Sign-up Status.

When an employee signs up for the Earned Tip Access program, you can follow their registration status by clicking on the "Sign-Up in Progress" alert.

Invite sent, expires in 10 days.

This means that the employee has received an email invite to finish the ETA program sign-up process. Direct the employees to look up an email from TipHaus or HausMoney in their inbox, depending on their chosen payout method.

Registration submitted, under manual verification.

This means that our team will review the documents the employee submitted when signing up. If your employees' registration status says "on manual verification" after 48 hours, contact our support team for further assistance.

Flagged by user, pending internal review.

This means that the employee was not eligible to participate in the ETA program. Contact our customer success team for further review and to explore other options for the employee.
