Earned Tip Access™ is a program offered through TipHaus that allows your employer to distribute your tips directly to you. We outline below a few options for receiving your tips through Earned Tip Access™.
Payout Methods
We offer two different Payout Methods for Earned Tip Access™ users, or you can continue to receive your tips via paycheck directly from your employer.
Earned Tip Access™ users can enroll in either Hausdirect or Hausmoney or opt to enroll in both and switch between the two Payout methods at any time.

How Do I Sign Up?
To sign up for either service, log in to the Employee App and click the Earned Tip Access™ tab at the bottom.

Click the 'Sign Up' button under the service you want to register for.m
A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm you'd like to receive an email to begin the registration process.
Once you've completed the sign-up process, you'll see "Pending Manager Verification." Now, your manager needs to verify the info you've submitted, and you're good to go!
If your registration status says "on manual verification" after 48 hours, contact our support team for further assistance.
Switching Payout Methods
Once you've been approved for one service, you can sign up for the other and switch between them anytime!
To sign up for a second Payout Method, log in to the Employee App and then click Earned Tip Access at the bottom.
Select the Payout Method you’d like to use to receive your tips, then click the 'Update' button, and you're set!
If you are not signed up for both options, a pop-up will appear notifying you that once you sign up for the secondary service, you will automatically be switched to that service once your manager approves your transfer. Click 'Got it' to continue.
Once you've successfully signed up and your manager has approved your transfer, you'll see both payout methods listed, and you can switch between them anytime.
