⚠️ Important: The ability to void peer-to-peer transactions must first be enabled on the backend. If you don’t see the “Void Transaction” option in your dashboard, don't hesitate to contact our support team so we can activate it for your organization.
Once enabled, follow these steps:
Find the transaction you want to void.
Click the three-dot menu next to the transaction.
Select: Void Transaction:
What happens after voiding:
The employee’s take-home amount will be automatically updated.
If the employee had already been paid through the Earned Tip Access program:
The system will automatically reconcile the difference.
The employee’s next payout will be adjusted to correct overpayments or underpayments.
