Reporting Page Overview

The Reporting Page provides a detailed view of your organization’s data.

A. This “x” minimizes expansion of the left side panel, making only page icons visible.

B. Home (House Icon), will take you to the Home Page.

C. Tip Distribution Logic (Pie Icon), will take you to the Tip Distribution Logic Page.

D. Breakdown (Calendar Icon), will take you to the Breakdown Page.

E. Reporting (Clipboard Icon), will take you to the Reporting Page.

F. Settings (Gear Icon), will take you to the Settings Page.

G. This arrow will minimize the expansion of the left side panel, making only icons for pages visible. Once pressed, the arrow will face in the opposite direction. You can use the opposite direction arrow to expand the left side column (as seen in the image).


H. These 3 bars will expand the left side panel, where the names of the pages and icons are visible.

I. The "Tiphaus" logo will take you to the Home Page.

J. This dropdown menu allows you to access a specific location in your organization.

K. The "Home" button will take you back to the Home Page.

L. This “Report” button will take you back to the Reporting Page.

M. The “Sales” button will bring you back to the “Sales” tab on this page.


Sales Reporting

N. From here you can see "Sales" data for "Today", which is synced every 15 minutes.

O. Here you can see the "Sales" data for "Yesterday".

P. From here you can see "Sales" data for your "Current Pay Period".

Q. Here you can see "Sales" data from your "Last Pay Period".

R. Here you will find more "Sales Report Filters" you can sort by. Such as Location, Employee, Job Code, Sales with or without Distributions, Sales Closed, Sales Open, Subtotal, and Credit Card Tips. You can also place them in ascending or descending order.

S. You can "Export" a sales report from here.

T. Here you can switch between "Compact View" and "Detailed View".

U. In "Actions", you can "Batch Job Code Assignment" and access "Custom Team Assignment" when you need to assign checks in order to avoid changing or adding new rules. For example, a PD Event or splitting a tip for a large table.

V. From here you can search for a particular employee’s sales.

W. Here you can sort "Sales" by Sales Closed, Sales Open, Subtotal, and CC Tip.

X. Use this button to place data in ascending or descending order.

Y. Here you can choose how many given results you want to be displayed per page.

Z. Clicking the gray circle with the “1” in it will allow you to view the itemized check.

AA. By clicking on this grey circle (the number lets you know how many distribution rules it falls into), you can see how the tips for this check are distributed to the corresponding job codes for each rule if it applies.


Worked Shits Reporting

BB. Here you can view the "Worked Shifts" for all employees.

CC. From here you can "Export" the Worked Shift data.

DD. In this "Search" box, you can filter by Job Code.

*** You will also find similar function buttons, like those that appear in the Sales tab.


Breakdown Snapshots

EE. Here you can view the "Breakdown Snapshots" for previous pay periods.

FF. You can click here to "download" a breakdown snapshot for a previous pay period, which includes a detailed view of the columns shown on the Breakdown Page.


Custom Reporting Exports

GG. From the "Report Exports" tab, you will find any custom report exports that have been set up for your organization.

Peer-to-Peer Reporting

II. In the "Peer-to-Peer" tab, you will be able to view Peer-to-Peer Tip Sharing transactions, once this feature has been activated from the Settings Page.

JJ. Here, “Your Name” will be displayed. This dropdown will let you access your “Profile” in case you want to change your password or update user information, like name or email address, or even switch between the “Night Mode” and “Day Mode” screen display. You can access the Settings Page from here, contact us via email, or log out as well.

KK. The “Help” button will give you access to a “Guided Tour” for the Reporting Page. From here you can also access the “Help Center”, where you will find many informative articles about TipHaus features and functionalities.

LL. By clicking the "Sync" button, you will be able to resync TipHaus with your Point of Sale provider. The time it takes to sync will vary, depending on how much data we need to pull from your POS.

MM. Here you can choose a preset date range to display your Peer-to-Peer data.

NN. Here you can choose a custom date range to display your data.

OO. In this "search" box, you can search for an employee, by name.
