Earned Tip Access™ (ETA) Page Overview

This guide is exclusively for restaurants enrolled in the Earned Tip Access™ (ETA) program.

The "Overview" (A) tab allows you to manage your ETA Program verifying employee eligibility. (B) Use the quick filters to navigate through previous pay periods or select a custom range, you can only visualize data back from 1 pay period before the last one to the current pay period.

Finally, you can export the overview by clicking the “Export” button, you will be able to export an ETA Overview Report in a CSV File with the data displayed on the ETA Page for the selected pay period or Initiate a Payout by clicking on “Initiate Payout” (C).

Notes:

  • You can only initiate payouts for employees with an active ETA account (HausMoney or HausDirect).

  • Tips will be available on your employee’s accounts around 5 minutes after initiating the payout.

  • Tips owed from the previous pay period the employee signed up for the ETA program might have to be paid outside of TipHaus depending on your organization’s settings.

The "Completed Sign-Up" section verifies employees ready for the ETA Program, while the "Sign-Up in Progress" section indicates employees currently in the enrollment process

To navigate the results, adjust the number of items displayed per page using the dropdown menu and use the left and right arrows to switch between result pages.

You can invite employees to the ETA Program by clicking the “👤+” icon below the status column; all employees will be selected initially, with the option to deselect those who are not participating in the ETA program.

Click on column headings to sort the data in ascending or descending order.

The "Payouts" tab provides a history of authorized payouts, allowing you to view details of specific payments. You’ll see an alert anytime a payout fails or partially fails, click on any row to see more details about the selected payout.
