Profile Information
Under this section, you’ll find your name, email address, and buttons to change your password and update your Pincode.
You can click the pencil icon next to your name to update it.
You can click the pencil icon next to your email address to edit it.
Changing Your Password
To change your password, log in to the Employee App and click the My Profile tab at the bottom.
Click the 'Change Password' button.
Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.
Click 'Reset Password' and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Updating Your Pincode
To update your P2P PIN, log in to the Employee App and click the My Profile tab at the bottom.
Click the 'Update Pincode' button.
Enter your new PIN and password and click the 'Update my Pincode' button.
You'll receive a pop-up notifying you that your PIN was successfully updated.

If you ever need to contact us, you can use our form directly in the Employee App.
Log in and click the My Profile tab at the bottom.
Click the 'Contact Us' button under Resources.
Select a Category from the drop-down menu.
Fill in the Comment section with your questions or feedback.

Tip Distribution Settings
What Are They?
These are the tip rules applied to your organization that ultimately affect how tips are distributed to employees based on their clock-in information.
Tip Distribution Settings are broken into Tip Pools and Tip Sharing Rules:
Tip Pools: This describes a group of people sharing tips.
Tip Sharing Rules: This represents tips being transferred from one job code (or more) to another.
To view your Tip Distribution Settings, log in to the Employee App then click the My Profile tab. click Tip-Distribution Settings. From here, you can click each setting to see the details.
Click the 'Tip-Distribution Settings' button under Resources.
Here you'll see a list of all the Tip Pools and Tip Sharing rules your organization uses.
You can click the arrow to the right of any rule for more information.
