Employee App: How Do I Opt Out of Earned Tip Access?

If you prefer to receive your tips on a paycheck directly from your employer, you can opt out of the Earned Tip Access program at any time. You can always opt back into the program later if you choose.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Opt Out

  1. Log into your Employee App and tap on the My Profile tab at the bottom.

  2. Select the 'Earned Tip Access Status' button.

  3. Find the line that reads "Participating in ETA" and click the toggle switch next to it.

  4. A confirmation window will appear. Click the 'Confirm' button to finalize your decision.

  5. The toggle will now be in the "off" position, confirming you have opted out.

  6. To verify your status, you can return to the Earned Tip Access tab, which will now display "Opted Out" at the top.
